Duties and Responsibilities: include, but are not limited to the following:

• Arrive at jobsite at scheduled time and location as dispatched
• Must be dressed in company uniform with all needed materials
• Travel to and from jobsites as directed by dispatcher
• Report to dispatcher, promptly, upon job completion
• Perform residential maintenance per company procedure
• Operate company vehicle as required
• Report problems with company tools or vehicle to supervisor
• Report problems with HVAC equipment to dispatcher
• Perform all necessary paperwork completely an accurately
• Consistently maintain company vehicle, tools and inventory
• Follow directions given by supervisor
• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
• Purchase and maintain tools required for LEVEL I tech performance
• Any reasonable job or task assigned by management

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to frequently lift/carry (50) lbs. in a (10) hour day
• Stand or Kneel (8) to (10) hours per day
• Continuously, must be able to bend (at waist), reach above shoulder, climb, or squat (8) to (10) hours per day
• Use upper extremities for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulations
• Work outdoors/attics in extreme conditions (i.e. heat, cold. etc.)
• Must be able to work in tight or confined spaces (within reason)
• Climbing ladders and working on roof tops
